Charter.

Our spatial understanding and visual abilities are very elevated.
We are aware that the nature of sacred geometry engages both sides of the brain and our belief in that helps us move with fluidity between strategy and design. Though we are not bound by a code, we do have a creed, a charter to live by.

Serve.
We aim to serve. It makes for great work, great partnership and a great work environment.

Think. Don’t just decorate.
We do not believe in an overstylized approach. If the work exists to implement a visual approach, then it fails to deliver.

Celebrate strange ideas.
If we can strip ourselves of the fear of not conforming, we can embrace new possibilities and look at truly unique angles.

Listen.
Advertising is all about listening. It is about knowing a brand, an audience and getting a response. We need to reach beyond preconceived notions and listen.

Make the client famous.
The minute we promote ourselves above the work, we’ve failed in our intent to be the voice of our client’s brands.

Foster creativity.
The confident creative celebrates the creativity of others. Let’s remember to cheer for the work of the person sitting next to us.

Move boldly.
Too many good ideas are never realized because we assume they aren’t possible. Great concepts will always need an advocate.

Spend wisely.
Good stewardship of resources just make sense. Not only is the more responsible, but it’s also more creative.

Integrity.
When the job is done, we would like to be valued for our integrity. Creating a culture of integrity and accountability has hugely impacted our effectiveness.

Value life balance.
Let’s prioritize the part of life most important to each of us. Fulfilling work is demanding, but we can’t miss the other stuff.

Build a creative environment.
The physical space directly contributes to the birth of ideas. Let’s cultivate our spaces to facilitate creative thinking.

Never stop learning.
The more we are able to embrace curiosity and humility, the better our work becomes and the more we grow as a company.
